OBS

Evaporative cooling sections or towers of combustible material located on or outside buildings shall have a clearance of at least 40 ft from sources of ignition such as chimneys or incinerators when the tower exterior construction is noncombustible, and a clearance of at least 100 ft when the tower exterior construction is combustible.
